Психометрический анализ русскоязычной версии шкалы тяжести усталости (Fatigue Severity Scale, FSS)

Резюме
Актуальность. Шкала тяжести усталости (Fatigue Severity Scale, FSS) используется современными специалистами в качестве основного инструмента для скрининговых и мониторинговых исследований чувства усталости в клинических и популяционных выборках.
Цель. Целью настоящего исследования является адаптация полной (Fatigue Severity Scale-9, FSS-9) и двух кратких русскоязычных версий шкалы тяжести усталости (Fatigue Severity Scale-7, FSS-7; Fatigue Severity Scale-3, FSS-3) на неклинической выборке.
Выборка. В исследовании приняли участие 526 респондентов (264 мужчины и 262 женщины) в возрасте от 18 до 74 лет (M = 48,2; Me = 46; SD = 13,9).
Методы. Участники исследования заполняли три варианта шкалы FSS, а также шкалу депрессии, тревоги и стресса (Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale-21, DASS-21).
Результаты. Полная и две краткие версии FSS имеют однофакторную структуру, в которой все пункты шкалы входят в общий фактор тяжести усталости. Внутренняя надежность шкалы доказана с помощью адекватных коэффициентов α Кронбаха и ω Макдональда. Конвергентная валидность подтверждена с помощью позитивных связей показателей тяжести усталости по всем версиям FSS с показателями депрессии, тревоги и стресса по DASS-21.
Выводы. Русскоязычные версии шкалы тяжести усталости психометрически состоятельны и могут быть рекомендованы для использования в научных исследованиях с популяционными выборками.
