All materials are available for download online in PDF format from the moment the issue is published. The journal "Theoretical and Experimental Psychology" is an open access publication. In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (https://www.budapestopenaccessinitiative.org/boai-10-translations/russian), the editors of the journal provide immediate open access to all materials immediately after their publication, as free open access to research results promotes the global exchange of knowledge.
