The study involved 205 schoolchildren in grades 10–11, aged 15.7 to 18.6 years (57.1% of girls). The results indicate the universality of the model, according to which the perception of parental care and excessive attention by older students affects overall school success, explaining 4% of the variance in relation to mothers and 2% – to fathers.
